Dr. McCorkle is not in network with any insurance provider. A super bill can be provided upon request for a patient to submit their claim for reimbursement. There is no guarantee of reimbursement for Dr. McCorkle's services. Please talk to your insurer for information regarding seeing a not in network provider. 

Dr. McCorkle only does house calls. Dr. McCorkle will need enough space to set up her table, which is generally your height plus enough room on either side of the table to move. Most patients have Dr. McCorkle set up in a living room or bedroom space. 

If you happen to not be home during an appointment or are canceling an appointment and have not notified Dr. McCorkle within 24 hours, you will forfeit your payment for service. If you need to cancel, please contact Dr. McCorkle as soon as possible.
